Brian E. Steltz, RPh, President/Owner

Brian is a veteran of the Gulf War and attended the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy upon returning home. He founded KOPPS in 2001 with the goal of helping the most fragile members of our society. His mission continues today through his leadership and dedicated staff.

Ross Popko, General Manager/Sales Manager

Ross has been in the long-term care industry since 2006 and joined KOPPS in 2012. He enjoys building close relationships with his clients and sharing his knowledge and experience within the industry. Dawn Milito, Office Manager

Dawn joined KOPPS in 2007 and brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare billing and office management. She takes great satisfaction in forming a personal rapport with all of our clients.

Linda Rafferty, HR and Purchasing Manager

Linda has brought a wealth of knowledge and leadership to KOPPS since 2001. She takes pride in keeping KOPPS up to date with the latest credentialing requirements and sourcing the best products for our customers.

Chad Wolfe, Warehouse Manager- Pittsburgh

Chad has managed our Pittsburgh warehouse location since inception in 2013. Always eager to help, Chad takes great pride in exceeding our customer’s expectations.
